Packet Pickup

IMPORTANT 2012 PACKET PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS!

Please read the following important instructions on how to pick up your race packet.  These instructions apply to Pre-Race Packet Pickups at City Sports, or at the Harpoon Brewery on Race morning.

Race Packets includes:

• Your Bib # with attached B-Tag timing tags
• Pins
• Beer Tickets (including extras if you pre-purchased)
• Raffle Tickets (if you pre-purchased)

You will also receive a City Sports Cinch Sak with goodies and special offers from sponsors and your 2012 Race T-shirt. 

Individual Runners

Runners who registered as "Individuals" should follow these instructions:

1. Download the the Individual Bib PDF on our website here or on site at City Sports or Harpoon and look up your name (alphabetical by Last Name), and note your assigned Bib #. 
2. Go to the Individual Registration lines and locate the sign that corresponds to your Bib # (1-100, 101-200, 201-300, etc).
3. Tell the volunteer at that line your Bib #, show your ID and he/she will give you your Race Packet and your City Sports Cinch Sak.
4. Proceed to T-shirt tables to get your T-shirt

Teams

Runners who registered as part of a 6-Pack Team should follow these instructions.

Teams can (and are encouraged to) pick up all 6 team members’ race packets at once!

1. Download the the Team Bib Board on our website here or on site at City Sports or Harpoon and look up your TEAM NAME (listed Alphabetically) and note your Teams' Assigned Team #. (Note, you will not need your personal Bib # to pick up your packet, just your Team #)
2. Go to the Team Registration lines and locate the sign that corresponds to your TEAM #. (1-100, 101-200, etc), 
3. Tell the volunteer your TEAM #, and whether you are picking up for the entire Team, a few team members or just for yourself.  You will have to show your ID but will not need copies of other teammates ID's.  Just provide your teammate's names and you can pick up their packets.  (*Note, everyone needs their ID on race day to get a wristband though!)
4. Proceed to T-shirt Tables.  You can pick up T-shirts for yourself and the team members whose packets you hold.
