It's beed years since I've run the 5-miler, but I have decided to do it again in memory of my dad, who passed away in 2007 from ALS. 

The Harpoon 5-Miler is near and dear to my heart and is pivotal in raising funds for The Angel Fund for ALS Research and The Pete Frates Foundation. 

Please join me, Harpoon, The Angel Fund, Peter Frates ALS Foundation and the entire Harpoon 5-Miler family as we raise much needed funds through this race for the cure & care of ALS. Since 2002 we've been able to help raise over $3.1 million, and every dollar brings us closer to a future where no one will need to lose a loved one to this devastating disease. We’re getting closer and closer to that future with each new mile.
